Green Valley Golf Cart Repair is an independently operated mobile repair service for the I-19 corridor south of Tucson: Green Valley, Sahuarita, Quail Creek, Corona de Tucson, and Tubac. We fix Club Car, E-Z-GO, Yamaha, ICON, and Evolution carts at your carport instead of making you find a trailer, and we publish our prices instead of making you call for them.
Why this service exists here
Green Valley isn’t a town where golf carts are toys. It’s an unincorporated community of dozens of HOA neighborhoods where the median age is about 73, most households belong to Green Valley Recreation, and the cart is how a lot of people get to the pool at Las Campanas, the woodshop at West Center, or the pharmacy at Green Valley Village. When a cart dies here, someone loses their transportation, and the nearest full-service cart shops mean a trailer ride up I-19. Most cart owners in Green Valley don’t own a trailer and shouldn’t have to.
Mobile repair closes that gap. A technician comes to you with a truck stocked for the common failures (battery packs, solenoids, brake shoes, tires, chargers) diagnoses on-site, quotes a flat number, and in most cases finishes the job in the same visit. The service call fee is applied toward the repair, so the diagnosis effectively costs nothing when we do the work.
What we believe
Diagnose before selling. The most expensive part is not always the broken one. A cart that won’t charge gets a charger output test and a charge-port inspection before anyone mentions a battery pack. A cart that clicks but won’t move gets a solenoid and controller check before anyone mentions a motor. On flooded packs we load-test every battery individually and check specific gravity cell by cell, because “the pack is weak” is not a diagnosis, and one failed battery dragging down five good ones is a different repair than six tired ones.
Publish the prices. Every range we charge is on the pricing page: packs $1,200–$1,800 installed, lithium conversions $1,600–$3,500, brakes $75–$400, tires $75–$150 each. If a quote ever needs to differ from those ranges, you’ll hear why before we touch the cart.
Tell the truth about old carts. A lot of carts in Green Valley have been in service a long time and passed through more than one owner. When a repair costs more than the cart is worth, we say so. We don’t sell carts, so there’s no sales agenda behind the advice.
Say what we are, and aren’t. We are not an authorized dealer, service center, or warranty agent for Club Car, E-Z-GO, Yamaha, ICON, Evolution, or anyone else. We’re an independent service that works on all major brands. If your cart is under factory warranty, your selling dealer is the right place for warranty work; for everything else, we come to you. Repairs are arranged with independent local technicians.
